Botox and Dermal Fillers Course

We can offer unique courses to suit everybody’s individual needs our Botox course and Dermal Fillers
course can take up to 3 Full days to complete with 6 models and practice on the mannequins.

Day 1

Level 1 – Dermal filler course, nasolabial folds etc

Level 2 – Lip augmentation

Level 3 – Cheek and brow implants

Day 2

Level 1 – Local anaesthetic, dental block

Day 3

Level 1 – Botox training, forehead

Level 2 – Advanced Botox after completing level 1

Below is a typical example of how the courses are split up during the day.

One on one training day for beauty therapists to enrol on to the course you will have to have at least
NVQ 3

occur, practical experience with syringes & different products. Tara helps in demonstrating how the
technique is done.

Level 1

Hyaluronic Dermal Infusion Day Course

9.00 – 11.00am

Introduction to the course objectives.

1. Knowledge of anatomy of skin and deeper tissue

2. Knowledge of hyaluronic Acid

3. Skin assessment for treatment acceptability

4. Handling Client expectations and photograph

5. Importance of Consent form

11.00 – 12.00am

1. Learning skills and techniques of dermal line removal

2. Learning no go areas for product

3. Syringe handling, placement of needle, to get a feel of holding

4. Explaining Aseptic technique, use of gloves, washing hands and organising a sterile area and
maintaining such.

5. Learning what to expect from product and technique (it’s not a magic wand)

6. Disposal of Needles and syringes

12.00 -1.00pm

Break for lunch, talk on days progress and any questions.

1.00 – 2.00 pm

Practical demonstration of techniques by Tara

1. Client consultation and photograph

2. Washing hands, making sterile area and maintaining

3. Handling product, the use of swabs not cotton wool, gloves

4. Cleaning areas to be treated on client

5. Injecting the product to achieve as discussed and agreed with client

2.00 – 5.00pm
